Radiante's Sonaja (JLMs Jaranero x Compositora de la Sierra (Torbellino de la Sierra)) Capuchino, Retorno del Ocho and El Classico blend to create a really exceptional filly. Her sire is the incomparable Jaranero; her dam is a Torbellino de la Sierra daughter. "Sonaja" was foaled in 2007 and has already won her first placement at Nationals (6th place Bella Forma Yearling fillies). This filly could be the foundation of a breeding program; she has an intelligent but forgiving temperament, is well-gaited and has both a pedigree and conformation that is hard to beat. Were it not for the fact that we own her full sister and her mother this filly would not be for sale. Will be started under saddle in October and price will increase as training progresses. |

Lirica (Cataclismo de Casta (Terrimoto) x La Replica de Casta (Castellano)) Here is something you don't find easily -- a linebred Castellano filly with the added bonus of color. This 2008 filly is a minimal paint sabino, a rare color 'sport' prized by Baroque breeders that is produced from two solid-colored, pure Colombian parents. Lirica has the hallmark 'high white' stockings, wide white blaze and belly spot, along with a flaxen mane and tail. In addition to her flashy coat, she brings top bloodlines from every angle of her pedigree; from Castellano to Terrimoto de Manizales to Ladrillo, this filly is a genetic treasure trove. She is very well-gaited and, like her half siblings, will likely end up competitive in either Performance or Fino. |

Rosalinda de Radiante (Juan Miguel del Prado (Nevado) x Radiante's Mariposa Gracia (Quatro Pistonas)) The most recent Juan Miguel del Prado filly to be born here at Hacienda Radiante, this 2009 filly is a feminine version of her famous father, complete with his chisled head, consistant gait and curious and open personality. This filly is very natural and gaits at liberty wherever she goes. She is a brilliant, eye-catching chestnut, and is eligible for the futurity classes at Nationals, as well as both the Mason-Dixon and Piedmont futurities. We reserve the right to withdraw this one at any time from the sales list. Her price reflects her current age and will increase as she gets older. |

50-50's Dulcinea (Charlie's Dibujo del Rio (Resorte IV) x Shadow Hill Elvira (Black Knight Mako)) PRESENTED BY 50-50 FARM. Dulcinea, or "Sweetie" is appropriately named. This little 2004 mare doesn't have a mean bone in her body. She is well-gaited and sturdy, easy to handle from the ground or saddle. Her grandsire is Black Knight Mako, well-known as a versatile horse who competed successfully in and out of the show ring. She carries LaCE lines and a dash of PPR blood.
